Product Information

This subscription is valid for 1 year, for one Reporter. After completing your order, we will process the extension for the Reporter of your choice.

What is Included in the Subscription?

The annual Reporter subscription includes the following components:

  • The wireless connection of the Reporter including the SIM card
  • Notifications by email, SMS and voice call
  • Use of the Crodeon dashboard
  • Hosting and backups of all sensor data in the cloud
  • Support from Crodeon, via email or phone
  • Monitoring of the health of your hardware and the data flow

This last service provides significant time savings for our customers. Should your Reporter or a sensor fail for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours.
